Cancellations are only valid in writing. The following provisions shall apply:

• Cancellation until 30 days before arrival: free of charge
• Cancellation 30 to 3 days before arrival: 70 % cancellation fee on the total amount of your stay
• Cancellation from 2 days before arrival, late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total amount of your stay
• For non-arrival: 100% of the total amount of your stay
   

Yes, something may happen before you start your journey. With our travel cancellation insurance you are financially protected. If you arrive late for your booked hotel stay or do not arrive at all or leave early, you may be billed cancellation charges. To protect you against any expenses in such cases, we recommend a travel cancellation insurance.
