The mountains are calling at our hotel near Merano/Meran 2000

Merano/Meran 2000, the sunny ski and recreational mountain with all kinds of attractions for all ages, is just 3.5 kilometres away from our hotel. The most famous attraction is probably the Alpin Bob at the top station, the first year-round bobsledding run in South Tyrol and the longest in Italy. A modern cable car takes you from the bottom station to the top station in just a few minutes. Once there, you can expect many kilometres of hiking to suit all tastes as well as inviting huts and mountain restaurants for a snack in between.

In winter, the recreational mountain is transformed into the ultimate destination for active hotel guests. Merano/Meran 2000 impresses with around 40 kilometres of perfectly groomed slopes, modern lifts, a ski school, snow park, ski hire, ski storage, night skiing and a cross-country skiing trail at the bottom station. Ski tourers will of course also find what they’re looking for here. The highlight for families: the outdoor kids camp at the top station, at an altitude of 2,000 metres. Admission is free and it offers everything that gets children's pulses racing. Little skiers become real skiers at Merano/Meran 2000. From the mini ski club plus playroom, where the new generation learns skiing playfully, to children's courses, and private lessons as well as snowboard and new school courses are on offer here. A children's area with an outdoor kids park and magic carpets awaits the very youngest. In winter a ski bus takes you from your accommodation to Merano/Meran 2000 at no extra charge!
