The hotel rooms are ready for occupancy from 2.00 p.m. and the holiday apartments from 3.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated from 10.30 or 11.00 a.m. in the Residence on the day of departure

Our breakfast buffet is open from 7.45 to 10.00 a.m. Dinner and the salad buffet is served from 7.00 to 8.00 p.m.

A holiday with dog is possible on request and for a surcharge of €15. Please note that your four-legged friends have no access to the swimming area, the sunbathing lawn and the dining room.

You can borrow a cot, high chair and baby monitor from us free of charge. Other highlights for children: painting sets, children's computer, table football, table tennis, our playground and the riding stable in the village.

Our guests at the hotel and in the residence can park for free in our new underground car park.

Mountain bike and e-bike hire is possible for a fee.

Our à la carte restaurant is open from 12.00 noon to 2.00 p.m. at lunchtimes and from 5.30 to 8.30 p.m. in the evening. Our hotel bar is open until midnight.

Our sauna worlds – the Adult Spa and Family Spa – are open for you from 3.30 to 7.00 p.m. The indoor swimming pool is open all day.

The following discounts apply to our regular guests for a minimum stay of 7 nights (except during the Christmas season and the month of August):
2% off the fifth stay
5% off the tenth stay

Cancellations are only valid in writing. The following provisions shall apply:

• Cancellation until 30 days before arrival: free of charge
• Cancellation 30 to 3 days before arrival: 70 % cancellation fee on the total amount of your stay
• Cancellation from 2 days before arrival, late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total amount of your stay
• For non-arrival: 100% of the total amount of your stay
   

Something may happen before you start your journey. With our travel cancellation insurance you are financially protected. If you arrive late for your booked hotel stay or do not arrive at all or leave early, you may be billed cancellation charges. To protect you against any expenses in such cases, we recommend a travel cancellation insurance.
